Linkage mechanisms for throttle bodies Jenvey Homepage

These linkages are tough but light and use a guided compression spring for safety. In the very unlikely event of breakage, the spring return force will reduce gradually and it is therefore good practice to inspect the spring at regular intervals in the same way as any other safety - critical item.
Single (CLS1) and twin cable (CLD1) linkages remain the same for all applications. Select the mounting bracket to suit the throttle bodies and position.
In most applications the mountings may be configured to give progressive throttle opening, i.e. slow opening rate from closed throttle, rising to fast opening near full throttle. A little experimentation may be necessary for best results.
