Injector Bung Ford Duratec

Aluminium injector bung for the 2.0L Ford Duratec, glue and press fit.

Fitting IPP05 injector port bung to 2.0L Duratec cylinder head or similar

Screw the bung all the way onto a long M6 cap head

Use locktite 648 – put a small amount all the way round the centre ring section of the bung

Ideally place a rag in the port to prevent dirt of debris getting into the engine

Degrease the injector port

Put the bung into the injector port and tap in with a small hammer until it goes solid

Remove the cap head and allow glue to set
