Please note that all shipments from Jenvey Dynamics to destinations outside the UK, including the USA, may be subject to local import duties, tariffs, and VAT. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise customers to check with their local customs authorities for applicable rates and regulations before placing an order.

All parts on our website are shown with their prices exclusive of UK VAT (currently 20%). You can toggle the VAT button at the top of the page to show prices including VAT.

All UK customers will automatically have VAT added to their orders.

All customers from outside the UK will not have VAT added to their orders.

Returns

If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their original packaging. Unfortunately, bespoke, made to order products are non-refundable.
